Web Site Advertisement. We will have images of the paintings for the Auction available for
viewing on the Historical Society web site: WestminsterHistory.org beginning September 25,
2011. If you want your art work displayed on this web site, you must:
• Take a photo of your painting.
• NAME THE PHOTO THE SAME AS THE TITLE OF YOUR PAINTING.
• Attach the photo to an email and send it to WestminsterHistory@Verizon.net.
• State the title of the painting, artist’s name, and size of the art work in the email.
• You will receive a confirmation email that we have received the photo. If you do not receive a
confirmation email, call us at 978-874-5569.
Permissions: I ________________________________ (signature) agree that the Westminster
Historical Society and the persons connected are not responsible for damage, theft, loss or other
occurrences beyond the normal care and attention given to the artwork during this exhibit. My
signature also grants the Westminster Historical Society the right to use any photograph taken of
my artwork at the show for publication, advertising, promotional use or in other printed or electronic
materials as the Exhibit Committee chooses.

Fill in the following labels and affix to the back of each artwork (maximum of three). Your painting/s
must be brought to the Legion Hall on Sat. October 1 between 10 am and Noon. The Exhibit and
Silent Auction will be Sun. Oct. 2, Noon-6. Winning bidders will be announced at 6 pm.
Cut this off and place on the back of your painting before you bring it to the American Legion.
